Shipping Policies

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN NEW ZEALAND (exclude accessories) !

We normally ship all stock items within 2 working days from the time your order is received. It takes about 2-3 working days from the day that the order was dispatched according to your zone.

If any item is out-of-stock, it will be backordered and will be shipped immediately it arrives.

Return Policy

Have confidence in ordering with MagicalMassage.co.nz, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the TENS units less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

Returns need to contain all the original contents (massage unit, parts, manuals, etc) and be in its original packaging.  We also need a copy of the original invoice or receipt to process your refund request.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment.

Warranty

TENS Units Warranty

Our TENS Units are covered by the following limited warranty.

Warranty covers all components of the TENS unit to be free from fault in materials and workmanship for one year from the day of purchase.

Within this period of time, the manufacturer will repair or replace faulty parts or make the parts available. You must have a product warranty card in order to receive any service. You are responsible for shipment charges.

It is not the manufacturer’s duty to repair or replace equipment that has been repaired by others, changed, misused or abused.

After one year from the day of purchase, the warranty will be null and void. The manufacturer will accept returned units for repairing or replacement. However, any repair will be charged at cost for parts only, and the labour will be always free.

Prior written approval and a return authorisation number must be obtained. All returns must be shipped prepaid.

Backorder Policy

When the item is out of stock, it will require additional shipping time. Holiday season, large orders, special orders also may take longer shipping time. Sometimes, it may take 2 to 6 weeks. We will always contact you if items are backordered or if the ordered item is no longer available.

Damaged Goods Policy

If you have a shipment that is damaged please email us at: contact@magicalmassage.co.nz with the order number within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
